Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
MyAdorned will guarantee the following:
Our company invests the majority of time to insure the quality of our products and the products we advertise, promote, recommend and affiliate with. The following are the return, refund & exchange policies to follow:
Device & gadgets:
All gadgets/devices owned by and branded MyAdorned have a 30-day money back guarantee and one year warranty on internal damages. External damage to the device is not covered under warranty. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of MyAdorned products, a return, refund or exchange can take place by emailing details to email@example.com. The return must be dated no more than 30 days from the date of receiving the product. All parts/attachments must be returned with the device/gadget with no physical damage to the product or the packaging.
All returns and refunds are processed within 7-10 days from the receipt of the device/gadget. The credit of the refund total may take up to two weeks to appear on your bank statement. All refunds are credited to the original form of payment. A returned item must be sent through a sender that provides tracking information. MyAdorned does not provide a prepaid label.
Post warranty damages are handled case by case by contacting customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the device/gadget is discontinued during post warranty, MyAdorned is not responsible for repairs of that device but may recommend other sources of technical support if available.
All non-electro products (ie skincare products):
MyAdorned currently does not own any non-electro products like skincare or bodycare products. We promote and recommend other reputable and quality brands through their affiliate programs. All refunds, returns and exchanges will be referred to those brands. You may contact MyAdorned customer service for assistance with that matter.
No refund will be issued if the shipping address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.
